How can I book my place?

There are several ways to book:

What happens if a course is full?

If you are unsuccessful in obtaining a place, please contact us at we will put your name on a waiting list and notify you in the event of a cancellation.

Where are the courses held?

The courses are held in several locations across London. More information can be found on the course description page or our locations page.

Will I get a receipt?

When you have booked your place we will send you a confirmatory email which will include your receipt.

What happens if I need to cancel my place on the course?

If you cancel at least 14 working days before the start of the course we will give you a full refund. Any later cancellations will incur a 50% charge. In the case of multi-day courses, no refunds can be given once the course has started.

What are the Terms and Conditions?

1. Security

All online payments are handled by WorldPay, the UK's leading processor of online credit and debit card transactions.  Your credit card details will be securely encrypted as they are transported to your bank for authorisation of payment.  This ensures your data is a safe as possible. If you do not want to use our online booking system you can also book via post or telephone. We also accept payment via Google Checkout.

2. Privacy

The personal information we collect from you will only be used for the administration of the course. It will never be sold to third parties or used for any other use. All personal information is held on secure servers. We do not store your credit or debit card information once payment has been processed.

Our site uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors come to our site, to help improve our service to you. Google Analytics makes use of "cookies", which are small bits of information sent by a web server to a web browser allowing it to be read back later. Google Analytics uses secure socket layer technology (SSL) to ensure safety of transmitted information. The reports it produces contain no user identifiable information, so that your identity is secure. Many browsers will be initially set up to accept cookies, but you can change the preferences in your browser to refuse all cookies or to alert you when a cookie is being sent. However, some features and services of this website may not function properly if your cookies are disabled. All material delivered at the courses and on this website is copyrighted by Elite Medical Courses Ltd. No unauthorised copying of this material is allowed.

4. Cancellation

If the course is cancelled by Elite Medical Courses Ltd for any reason your fee will be refunded in full. However, it is a condition of booking that we can not be held liable for any costs arising to you from this. This includes travel and accommodation expenses and other expenses that you may have incurred.

We always aim to provide the highest level of service. However, if you feel that our service has not met your expectations in anyway please let us know and we will do all we can to rectify the situation.
